Moonrug Mobile v2 for Android Beta

This is the beta download page for the Android application. This download has a trial period expiration, after which you must purchase a license.

Installation Instructions

  1. Uninstall any versions of Moonrug currently on your phone. It is highly recommended you record your account settings before installation!
  2. You should be viewing this page on your Android device.
  3. You must allow the installation onto your phone from unknown sources.
  4. Install Now! (2.0.b3.apk)
  5. The application downloads.
  6. Click on the downloaded file, MoonrugMobile to start the installation.
  7. Because this application accesses your email, it asks for permission to use the Internet when you install it.

Getting Back

If you have previously purchased, you must uninstall the beta completely. You may then re-install the application from the Market and re-enter your license key. If you encounter any issues doing this, contact support.

Known Issues

  • Notifications are completely re-written, and are not yet fully optimized. Having a fast interval for notifications is not recommended.
  • File attachments are not yet implemented for Draft messages.
